1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re looking to expand and add international shipping soon if there’s enough demand!

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

4. What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is misprinted, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive an item that is incorrect or misprinted, please send clear photo evidence to imhatecult@gmail.com.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. What payment options do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and more.

6. What are the cleaning instructions?
To extend the life of your garment and maintain print quality, we recommend turning the garment inside out before washing, using cold water with like colors, and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or, for best results, air dry. Do not iron directly over printed areas.
